BUTTERCREAM: Vanilla: butter, unrefined cane juice, egg whites, vanilla, salt Chocolate: vanilla buttercream, chocolate chips, chocolate naps Lemon: vanilla buttercream, lemon juice, lemon extract

BUTTERMILK CHOCOLATE CAKE: unrefined evaporated cane juice, water, eggs, AP flour, canola oil, cocoa powder, buttermilk powder, locally milled whole wheat flour,vanilla, baking soda, salt.

CARROT CAKE: unrefined evaporated cane juice, eggs, canola oil,  pineapple, locally milled whole wheat flour, carrots, walnuts, AP flour , raisins, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg.

CHEESECAKECrust: GF graham cracker crumbs (SEE BELOW), unrefined evaporated cane juice, butter.  Filling: cream cheese, unrefined evaporated cane juice, eggs, ricotta cheese, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, salt.

CHERRY PIE: Crust: See Pate Sucree.  Filling:  Michigan tart cherries, cornstarch, salt, lime juice.

CHOCOLATE DECADENCE {GLUTEN FREE}: eggs, chocolate chips, butter, baking chocolate.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:  cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract.

DATE BAR: dates, water, walnut, natural almond flour, coconut oil, coconut, sliced almonds, lemon juice, vanilla, salt

KEY LIME TART: crust:  GF graham cracker crumbs (SEE BELOW), unrefined evaporated cane juice, butter. Filling: condensed milk, lime juice, eggs. Topping: heavy cream, powder sugar, vanilla

LEMON BAR: crust:  AP flour, locally milled whole wheat flour, powder unrefined evaporated cane juice, salt, butter. Filling: unrefined evaporated cane juice, AP flour, eggs, lemon juice and zest, milk

MOUSSE, chocolateCrust: GF cookie crumbs (SEE BELOW), butter. Filling: heavy cream, chocolate chips, butter, egg yolks, unrefined evaporated cane juice, salt.  Topping: heavy cream, powder unrefined evaporated cane juice

PATE SUCREE:  AP flour, unrefined evaporated cane juice, butter, eggs.

PECAN, Pie & Tarts: Crust:  see Pate Sucree. Frangelico Pecan Filling:  pecans, unrefined evaporated cane juice, corn syrup, butter, eggs, molasses, frangelico liquer, fresh vanilla bean.

PIE DOUGH:  AP flour, butter, water, locally milled whole wheat flour, salt.

PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE: Crust:  butter, GF graham crumbs (SEE BELOW), unrefined evaporated cane juice, ginger, cinnamon, cloves. Filling: cream cheese, pumpkin puree, unrefined evaporated cane juice, eggs, heavy cream, lemon extract, cinnamon, salt, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, salt. Bourbon whip cream: heavy cream, sour cream, unrefined evaporated cane juice, molasses, bourbon whiskey, salt.

PUMPKIN PIE:   Crust: see Pate Sucree. Filling: pumpkin puree, condensed milk, unrefined evaporated cane juice, eggs, molasses, AP flour, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg, cloves.

TIRAMISU:  heavy cream, ricotta cheese, unrefined evaporated cane juice, egg yolks, espresso, ladyfingers, cocoa powder.

WHIPPED CREAM: heavy cream, powdered unrefined evaporated cane juice, vanilla extract. ALTERNATE WHIPPED CREAMS may contain: lemon extract, instant coffee, irish cream liquor.
