BUTTERCREAM: Vanilla: butter, unrefined cane juice, egg whites, vanilla, salt Chocolate: vanilla buttercream, chocolate chips, chocolate naps Lemon: vanilla buttercream, lemon juice, lemon extract

BUTTERMILK CHOCOLATE CAKE: all purpose flour, unrefined cane juice, cocoa powder, buttermilk powder, baking soda, salt, canola oil, eggs, water, vanilla

CARROT CAKE:  AP flour, unrefined evaporated cane juice, eggs, pineapple, canola oil, carrots, walnuts, whole wheat flour, raisins, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg.

CHEESECAKECrust: graham cracker crumbs, butter, and unrefined evaporated cane juice.  Filling: cream cheese, ricotta cheese, unrefined evaporated cane juice, eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, salt.

CHERRY PIE:  Crust: See Pate Sucree.  Filling:  Michigan tart cherries, juice from cherries, cornstarch, salt, lime juice.

CHOCOLATE DECADENCE {GLUTEN FREE}:  chocolate chips, eggs, butter, baking chocolate.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:  cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract.

KEY LIME TART:  crust:  graham cracker crumbs, unrefined evaporated cane juice, butter. Filling: condensed milk, eggs, lime juice. Topping:  see whipped cream

LEMON BAR: crust: All purpose flour, powder sugar, salt, butter Filling: sugar, all-purpose flour, eggs, fresh lemon juice and zest, milk

MOUSSE, chocolate:  Crust: gluten free flour mix, cocoa powder, unsalted butter, unrefined evaporated cane juice,, unsweetened chocolate, baking soda, vanilla, salt. Filling: heavy cream, chocolate chips, butter, egg yolks, unrefined evaporated cane juice, salt.  Topping: see whipped cream

PATE SUCREE:  AP flour, unrefined evaporated cane juice, butter, eggs.

PECAN, Pie & Tarts: Crust:  see Pate Sucree. Frangelico Pecan Filling:  pecans, unrefined evaporated cane juice, corn syrup, butter, eggs, molasses, frangelico liquer, fresh vanilla bean.

PIE DOUGH:  AP flour, butter, WW flour, water, salt.

PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE: Crust:  butter, graham crumbs, unrefined evaporated cane juice, ginger, cinnamon, cloves. Filling: cream cheese, pumpkin puree, unrefined evaporated cane juice, eggs, heavy cream, lemon extract, cinnamon, salt, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, salt. Pumpkin Cheesecake Topping: heavy cream, sour cream, unrefined evaporated cane juice, molasses, bourbon whiskey, salt.

PUMPKIN PIE:   Crust: see Pate Sucree. Filling: pumpkin puree, condensed milk, unrefined evaporated cane juice, eggs, molasses, AP flour, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg, cloves.

TIRAMISU:  heavy cream, ricotta cheese, unrefined evaporated cane juice, egg yolks, espresso, ladyfingers, cocoa powder.

WHIPPED CREAM: heavy cream, powdered unrefined evaporated cane juice, vanilla extract. ALTERNATE WHIPPED CREAMS may contain: lemon extract, instant coffee, irish cream liquor.
